Hotel Room Energy Management Systems (REMS)
Hotel guest room management systems take care of all aspects that influence the comfort and sense of wellbeing of the guests, whilst maximising energy efficiency. REMS may control room temperature, relative humidity, lighting levels, curtains as well as other Hotel functions such as ‘do not disturb’ or ‘clean room’ messages. Each room controller is connected to the centralised software and provides monitoring and control functions from a central location. Integration with hotel management software also adds value to the hotel management as it may, for instance, correlate usage of rooms to energy consumption, or provide early warning if any of the facilities are malfunctioning.

The data centre management solution covers the complete requirements for the modern data centres including climate control, energy metering per rack or sub rack. Alarms management, billing information and bills generation as well as trending and growth forecasting.
Tenant Billing
The tenant billing solution includes metering for any requirements including electrical energy, water, gas, fuel, cooling or heating. The system seamlessly connects to the meters and extract metering information at regular intervals. This information is stored on the central software from where personalised bills may be issued as required.
